1 General Provisions & Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The 3mbz website, mobile version, and all its services.
• "User" — Any person registered on the 3mbz platform and using its services.
• "Account" — The personal profile created for each user.
• "Bonus" — Incentive credits or offers provided by the platform.
• "Terms" — All rules, policies, and regulations set out in this document.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Security

When opening an account on 3mbz, users must keep the following important points in mind:

• All personal information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC) requests must be responded to promptly — failure to do so may result in account suspension.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found on the same device or IP address, all accounts will be closed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on 3mbz:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. (Rocket is the Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet.)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Identity verification must be completed and the account's wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the user.
• Transactions using another person's payment method are strictly prohibited.

5 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

3mbz offers a welcome bonus for new users on the platform. All terms related to this bonus are described in detail below:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus may only be used on eligible games — contact us via live chat to find out which games qualify.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash directly after it is received; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each account can receive the welcome bonus only once.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

The 3mbz VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can move up to higher tiers by staying regularly active and continuing to bet on the platform. 3mbz reserves the right to change how VIP tiers are determined and how cashback is paid, and users will be notified in advance of any such changes.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and playing games on the 3mbz platform:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The outcome of any game may be voided due to a technical error.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other users or match-fixing of any kind is prohibited.
• Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change, and the odds at the moment a bet is accepted are final.
• The rules of Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers apply to live casino games.

3mbz reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and, where necessary, to void bets or withhold payments.

8 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Opening an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, phishing, or any other method.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or personal information.
• Operating betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to run automated software or malicious code on the platform's systems.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

3mbz reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If the user requests account closure.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Applicable conditions must be met to withdraw any valid balance before account closure.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

However, if a user suffers a financial loss due to a technical error, 3mbz will take appropriate action following a proper investigation.

12 Responsible Gaming

The intellectual property rights of game content belong to the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.).

15 Amendments to Terms and Effective Date

3mbz reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:
